The engineers said the battery can activate within just 20 seconds and with just two drops of water, lasting more than one hour.

It releases a voltage of up to 1.2 volts ,and is ideal for disposable single-use electronics and low-power electronics like smart packaging, calculators, watches and alarm clocks, according to the study’s authors.

While the battery isn't widely available yet, the engineers—who work at the Swiss lab Empa—say they hope it could become commercially available within the next two to five years.

The main basis from where Dr. Tiller has been developing his Psychoenergetic Model is the particle/pilot wave concept, presented in 1920 by Louis de Broglie, for which he was awarded with the Nobel Prize of Physics in 1929. De Broglie postulated that every particle has a pilot wave associated to itself. Dr. Tiller states that the particle speed multiplied by the pilot wave speed always result in the light speed, squared. As, by relativity theory constraints, the particle speed has always to be lower than the speed of light, in consequence, the pilot wave speed must always be higher than the speed of light.

So, to equate this relation in an adequate and proper way, Dr. Tiller proposes a new Reference Frame, in fact a Duplex Reference Frame, in which there are two subspaces. One of them is our well known space-time or physical space and the other one is a reciprocal space to space-time, or conjugate physical space.

Whistleblower disclosures have also detailed the agency’s effort to exaggerate DVE data to satisfy the Bureau’s leadership.

One whistleblower explained that because agents are not finding enough DVE cases, they are encouraged and incentivized to change designations even though there is minimal, circumstantial evidence to support the reclassification.

Another whistleblower—with experience in high profile domestic terrorism investigations—stated that a field office Counterterrorism Assistant Special Agent in Charge and the FBI’s Director of the Counterterrorism Division have forced agents to recategorize cases as DVE to hit performance metrics manufactured by the Bureau itself.

According to whistleblowers, the FBI uses these metrics to dispense awards and determine promotions. Every whistleblower has called it an environment of “pressure” within the FBI.

These whistleblower disclosures come as the Biden Administration pushes a narrative that domestic violent extremism is the “greatest threat” facing the United States.

The FBI defines a domestic violent extremist (DVE) as “an individual based and operating primarily within the United States or its territories without direction or inspiration from a foreign terrorist group or other foreign power who seeks to further political or social goals wholly or in part through unlawful acts of force or violence.”2 According to you and other Biden Administration officials, investigations into DVEs have increased “significantly.”3 In June 2021, you testified that the FBI has a “very, very active domestic terrorism investigation program” and that you had “doubled the amount of domestic terrorism investigations.”4 Attorney General Merrick Garland has repeated this talking point, stating that “[t]he number of open FBI domestic terrorism investigations this year has increased significantly.”
