II HERCULES SPORTS DAYS
Last Sunday 21st August in Port des Canonge situated in the island of Mallorca, Spain took place the second edition of our sports days.
Activities such as pull-ups, log toss, long jump, push-ups and a final test combining speed, squat and dead weight pushed the participants to their limits.
A community activity in a natural environment to vindicate the need to bring back the cult of the body and the preservation of the territory.
Finally, a diploma was given to each participant as well as a copy of the book "The Sun and Steel" by Yukio Mishima.
