According to Lisa Renee (Guardian/Intergalactic Confederation contactee) July 16, 2022 update.

We have moved into our soul matrix consciousness level of awareness( which encompasses 4th through 6th Density level of awareness), between June 21, 2022 (Elena's Earth's incarnation date & Summer Solstice ) & June 24, 2022 of the planetary alignment.

That means everyone on Earth heart chakras are opening up, many resisting are getting insane & dying from "physical" diseases. Many are growing a 4th DNA strand, while many have already been growing , thus many are becoming physics & possibly psionics abilities, because now we are in 4th Density Consciousness awareness.

The confusion for me is this a energetic shift or Consciousness shift?
