Eviction in Nora 219a (Poland)

Eviction is still going on. In the forest, border guards and the criminal police detain people. The Mały Kotek (Little Kitten) skypod is being dismantled after the fire brigade intervened. You can hear the rumbling of falling houses. You can hear chainsaw noises coming from the 219a. Some structures in the treetops still survive. The resistance is still going on. The law enforcement services claim that they found narcotics on site.

We strongly deny it. We do not own and do not use any substances other than generally available medical substances. We are here to defend the precious forest against destructive, plundering forest policy. We aren't here for partying or leisure. In our camp kitchen there is a guide, which clearly states that we do not recommend the use of stimulants ("3.5. Stimulants: We recommend that you do not use alcohol or drugs. This is an area of ongoing protest. Smokers are kindly asked to be attentive to those around them and to ask about permission to smoke in their company.").

From the moment the protest began we have been terrorized by the law enforcement services. Unable to deal with us, a provocation was invented to pacify our protest. The allegations are absurd. People who witnessed the sweep confirm that the police did not find anything. If any prohibited substances are in the possession of the police, it means they have been planted.

Enough criminalization of wildlife defense! Enough provocation from law enforcement services!
