I can't tell you how many words you need to know to get a 7.0 band on the IELTS.

To begin, IELTS requires a basic to intermediate level of vocabulary, which is rather simple to achieve.
If you have a habit of reading books or newspaper articles, make a list of all the new words you come across and go over them once or twice a day. You will be able to reproduce the words in the final IELTS test if you develop your vocabulary in this manner.

IELTS scores are determined not just by your vocabulary, but also by your overall English proficiency. Knowing a specific number of words can only benefit you in the writing and speaking sections. If you have good overall English skills, though, you can get 7 bands in all moduals.

Don't only concentrate on the words. Concentrate on improving your listening, reading, writing, and, of course, speaking skills. All of these skillss require a unique approach, so make sure you're not just following the vocabulary-building plan without also following the skill-building strategy.

 Wordnik’s IELTS Speaking Guide

کتاب Wordnik’s IELTS Speaking Guide یکی از مفیدترین کتاب‌ها در جهت آزمون آیلتس می‌باشد. این کتاب در سال ۱۴۰۰ توسط انتشارات رهنما به چاپ رسیده و مورد توجه علاقه‌مندان و شرکت‌کنندگان آزمون آیلتس می‌باشد.

یکی از مشکلاتی که عمده‌ی شرکت‌کنندگان آزمون آیلتس با آن مواجه می‌شوند، عدم مهارت کافی در بخش speaking است. هدف این کتاب تقویت مهارت Speaking شرکت‌کنندگان آزمون آیلتس می‌باشد.

آزمون آیلتس چیست؟

آزمون IELTS یا International English Language Testing System یکی از معتبرترین آزمون‌های ارزیابی زبان انگلیسی در جهان است. این آزمون در بیش از ۲۷۰ مرکز امتحانی و نزدیک به ۱۳۵ کشور دنیا برگزار می‌شود. داوطلبین با در دست داشتن حداقل نمره‌ی قبولی (براساس معیار‌های دانشگاه) می‌توانند برای مهاجرت تحصیلی اقدام کنند. این آزمون که توسط دانشگاه کمبریج انگلستان،British council  و مرکز آیلتس استرالیا برگزار می‌شود در دانشگاه‌هایی نظیر کمبریج، آکسفورد و هاروارد قابل استناد است.

امتحان آیلتس بر اساس چهار مهارت اصلی، داوطلبین را مورد ارزیابی قرار می‌دهد و این مهارت‌ها به ترتیب برگزاری در آزمون، شامل بخش Listening(شنیداری)،Reading (خواندن)،Writing (نوشتن) و Speaking (گفتاری) می‌باشد.

بخش آخرSpeaking آیلتس با توجه به زمان برگزاری آزمون معمولا بعد از آزمون برگزار می‌شود.

کتاب فوق با بخشی به نام WHAT IS THE IELTS SPEAKING TEST? شروع شده و بخش‌های مختلف بخش Speaking آزمون را به تفضیل تشریح کرده و مدل سوالات هر پارت را به طور جداگانه بررسی می‌کند.
