Mechano-control is an EU-funded project that aims to understand and control cellular mechanics from the molecular to the organism scale. With this approach, its interdisciplinary research community will develop specific therapeutic approaches for breast cancer. The general principles revealed by the Mechano-control consortium will apply not only to oncology, but also to regenerative medicine and biomaterials.
