The very idea of wanting to "vaccinate" those who have recovered is completely absurd. This was confirmed, once again, in the Letter to the Editor of the New England Journal of Medicine of 23.12.21: "Severity of SARS-CoV-2 Reinfections as Compared with Primary Infections".

In Qatar, 4 reinfections requiring hospitalisation, 0 reinfections requiring intensive care and 0 deaths among reinfected persons occurred in 353 326 naturally immunised persons within one year.

It is extremely unlikely that this barely existing risk for a severe course of naturally immunised persons can be further reduced by mRNA or DNA injections and would also be bought by the much higher risk of severe side effects of the unnecessary, ineffective, unsafe serial experimental mRNA and DNA injections.
