Short Update Dear CannerGrow Community,
As you all noticed, our event on September 25th and our Financial Meet and Greet on September 26th were a complete success.
We were happy to get to know you all personally - the absolute hammer! A super great community, all sympathetic and nice people on the same wavelength as us, Cannerald
This makes us all even more proud that everyone has recognized our vision - we will now try to push everything further and with more power than ever before
Our support is currently completely overloaded with the actual momentum of growth, we are currently hiring more people so that every request can continue to be taken care of personally and with the best possible Cannerald quality standarts.
Due to the extreme increase in growth of our community, strongly influenced by our insane event in a class of its own, we were no longer able to meet the 24-hour response time, this will change again soon and the usual fast response time will be given again from next week on.
Every single request and ticket will be processed by us - please give us time to process all requests until Tuesday/Wednesday next week, we are already on it with full power!

Our IT has made an update and unfortunately the interface to our provider is no longer working, this should work again from the weekend, please be patient here as well.

Please understand that we did not expect this enormous growth, which has exceeded everything in the last few weeks, we are currently acting as quickly as possible and within the next few days we have increased employees again and everything is going as it used to be in the past, even better - smoothly, simply, safely and at maximum speed. In addition to the required employees, additional employees are also being hired so that we do not reach our limits again as we currently do due to exponential growth - so you are welcome to step on the gas, the expansion and increase in staff is in full swing and we are in the best of it prepared
Within the next 2 weeks we will publish a review of the event as a video, we would like to thank all participants again and hope we were able to show the usual Cannerald quality and our corporate ethics at our event
